Position Summary: We are in search of a personable, driven, and detail-oriented Full-Time Member Service Representative to become a vital part of our team. In this capacity, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our members, assisting them with their financial inquiries while actively promoting our diverse range of products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to accounts, loans, and various financial products.
  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell credit union products and services that align with members' needs.
  • Assist members with maintaining their accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage member complaints and escalate issues as necessary to guarantee member satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about credit union products, services, and industry trends to effectively promote offerings.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a financial services setting, with a proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on providing outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and financial software.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
