Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team at CityVet. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinarians in delivering top-quality medical services. Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with patient care, including preparing patients for surgery, monitoring patients post-op, and restraining animals during exams
- Obtain and test samples for various conditions, ensuring accurate results and effective treatment plans
- Administer medications safely and accurately, following veterinarian instructions
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance on pet care and support

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the veterinary industry
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
