About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cafe Ambassador. As a key member of our Cafe team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Cafe team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring all customers feel valued and supported.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives, building partnerships with local businesses and organizations to promote financial literacy and education.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience; 2+ years preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and other digital tools; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
