**About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Program Coordinator to join our team at The Salvation Army Eastern Territory.

**Overview


The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate staffing and various supports for individuals residing in residential programs in Montgomery County. This role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to ensure proper oversight and emergency response. Our program locations are in Rosemont and Royersford, PA.

**Responsibilities


As a Residential Program Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Oversight of staffing and coordination of various supports for residents in residential programs
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate evening and weekend duties as needed
  • Ensuring emergency response is available for health and safety needs
  • Leading and supervising assigned personnel and the program to create a positive organizational climate
  • Effective communication with staff, residents, case managers, and other service providers


**Requirements and Qualifications


To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree or 60 credits related to the field and 2 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with dual diagnoses and self-injurious behavior
  • A working knowledge of federal, state, and county guidelines and regulations related to services for adults with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to manage large amounts of information, including medical appointments, financial data, staff schedules, and program information
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check

**Salary and Location
