About the Role:

SAP Program Manager - End-to-End Project Lead

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a portfolio of SAP projects, from initial proposal to successful delivery and implementation. Your expertise in leading cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions will be instrumental in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams from beginning to end, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Build and manage project teams, schedule assignments, and monitor deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage engagement planning, budgeting, and economics, as well as engagement risk.
  • Develop and execute business development and proposal response activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 13 years of IT experience, with a focus on SAP engagement and project management.
  • Proven track record of executing large-scale SAP projects, with experience in handling global AMS, DevSecOps, and ITIL-based programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-Level and client delivery/project managers.
