We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Settlers Ridge Care Center in Celina, TX.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Current, valid licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in long-term care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
