Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at WPF Payrolls. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing support to youth who exhibit challenging behaviors in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our consumers
  • Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care
  • Encourage positive behavior and provide guidance and redirection when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience working with youth or individuals with special needs
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
