About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Territory Business Leader to join our team at Sequel Medical Technology. As a Senior Territory Business Leader, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts within your assigned territory and contributing to the development of our team.

You will partner with our Clinical Diabetes Specialist to develop effective territory strategies and initiatives that drive sales growth and customer adoption. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, influencing their prescribing decisions, and facilitating a successful product experience for both the provider and patient.

In addition to driving sales performance, you will also be expected to take on a leadership role within the team by mentoring junior staff, assisting with field sales training, and participating in internal advisory boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • LEAD OUR SALES EFFORTS WITHIN YOUR ASSIGNED TERRITORY TO MEET/EXCEED SALES TARGETS.
  • DEVELOP EFFECTIVE TERRITORY PLANS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND CUSTOMER ADOPTION.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR TEAM BY MENTORING JUNIOR STAFF, ASSISTING WITH FIELD SALES TRAINING, AND PARTICIPATING IN INTERNAL ADVISORY BOARDS.
  • Collaborate with customer care and sales support to optimize the user experience.
  • Communicate HCP feedback cross-functionally to solve problems and improve product development.
  • Represent Sequel products at conventions and educational forums to increase product awareness.
  • Manage all leads and opportunities in customer relations database daily and submit product training documentation as required.
