Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and utilizing our proprietary selling process to demonstrate, quote, and close sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, ensuring inventory integrity, and partnering with store management to resolve customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers, greeting and acknowledging every customer, demonstrating all products, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Sales: Utilize our proprietary selling process to identify customer needs, demonstrate, quote, and close sales, and offer additional financing options to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory integrity, accuracy, and protect company assets at all times.
  • Store Standards: Partner with store management to ensure that all customer service issues are resolved, and enhance all aspects of customer service, including order management.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current promotional offerings and products.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, listen effectively, and solve problems.
  • Accountability and responsibility for actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Superior communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times.
