Key Responsibilities

Your Role as an RN Supervisor:

+ Direct and oversee nursing personnel to guarantee the provision of high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

+ Manage daily nursing operations, encompassing staff assignments, patient evaluations, and care strategies.

+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

+ Offer mentorship and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications

+ Valid RN license from the State Board of Nursing.

+ At least two years of nursing experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

+ Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to quality patient care.

+ Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments is advantageous.
