As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care through telephonic triage, patient consults, and transports. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide telephonic triage to patients, utilizing decision-making software to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Assist with patient consults and transports, ensuring timely and efficient communication with healthcare providers and patients.
- Utilize videoconferencing equipment for telemedicine operations, providing high-quality patient care and education.
- Practice within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas, adhering to institutional policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address patient care needs, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing.
- Valid RN License; minimum of 1 year Registered Nursing experience.
- Bachelor's in Nursing or Master's in Nursing preferred.
