Job Title: Process Scientist

CPS is seeking an experienced Process Scientist to join their team in Texas. As a Process Scientist, you will assume a technical leader role in Epoxy Process Research, working cross-functionally and globally to develop and improve chemical processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects related to the development of new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.
  • Develop a fundamental understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Utilize experimentation, analytical methods, modeling, and other tools in support of projects and opportunities.
  • Define processes and supporting scale-up from lab to pilot and manufacturing scales.
  • Develop effective experimental plans.
