Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment, as well as developing and implementing new technologies to enhance our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and maintain equipment to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement equipment qualification and validation protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve overall product quality.
  • Establish and enforce SOPs, DQs, IQs, OQs, and PQs for all process equipment.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
