We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Quality Manager to join our team at Granules Pharmaceuticals in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and tracking quality events, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company, where you will have the chance to develop and implement quality management systems, promote data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to current regulations.
  • Promote data integrity and implement effective data management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate, implement, and close quality management system elements.
  • Support the implementation of TrackWise Digital at our site.
  • Lead deviation investigations and initial impact assessments for quality assurance functions.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of internal audits.
  • Analyze data and trends, escalating and developing action items as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of QA experience in pharmaceuticals or related industries.
  • Experience working with quality management systems.
  • TrackWise experience preferred.
