As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our team's mission to deliver evidence-based interventions and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA who is passionate about working with children with autism. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in ABA or a related field, BCBA certification, and at least one year of experience working with children with autism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Provide training and mentoring to staff members
  • Contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment
