Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Student Support Services team at the Monadnock Regional School District. As a key member of our district's support staff, you will play a critical role in helping students with communication disorders and delays reach their full potential.

Main Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect services to students with communication disorders, including assessment, evaluation, and intervention planning
- Collaborates with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure student progress
- Utilizes evidence-based practices to design and deliver targeted interventions that address the unique needs of each student

Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- New Hampshire licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology, including universal screening and progress monitoring tools
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation procedures
