About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.
  • Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
  • Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide regular feedback regarding progress to supervisors.
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
  • Track client progress and program data.
  • Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
  • Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) credential or a bachelor's degree.
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
  • Strong ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $25.00 per hour. Medical benefits available for those who qualify.
