Qualifications

  • A culinary certification or associate's degree from an accredited culinary institution, or over 5 years of experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager.
  • Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering systems.
  • A genuine passion for culinary arts, a commitment to personal growth, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards.
