Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Fresh Mark, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our facilities, as well as providing excellent customer service to our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol industrial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Call security or law enforcement in cases of emergency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
  • Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and notify appropriate management.
  • Conduct random checks of individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into or out of restricted areas.
  • Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
  • Authorize and check in vehicles.
Requirements
  • Availability to work any shift.
  • Must be able to work assigned weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be trustworthy and pass background check.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Follow proper procedure.
  • Works well with team.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
