Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our luxury apartment community in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and preserving a multi-million dollar luxury community, ensuring a quality living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, and making repairs as needed.
  • Assist residents with general maintenance issues, such as appliance repair and minor carpentry work.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Service Supervisor to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Place orders for necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training required.
  • CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
