At CoreCivic, our commitment extends beyond managing facilities; we prioritize the well-being of individuals in our care. We are currently seeking Certified Medication Assistants who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care within an institutional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
1. Administer medications to residents under the supervision of the Health Services Administrator.
2. Monitor, document, and report vital signs and the condition of patients as necessary.
3. Prepare individuals for medical examinations, procedures, and treatments.
4. Assist healthcare professionals during physical examinations and medical procedures.
5. Support nursing staff in the preparation and maintenance of various reports and logs, including organization and labeling tasks.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Current certification from an accredited nursing assistant program or equivalent, along with CPR certification.
- Appropriate certification or licensing in the state of practice.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Age Requirement:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
