Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Palette Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and guest services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Register and assign rooms to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reservation Management: Confirm phone and online reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Payment Processing: Collect payment from departing guests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of occupied rooms and guests, providing essential information to designated departments.
  • Communication: Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments, ensuring seamless coordination and excellent guest experience.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
