Summary:
The Restoration Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all facets of designated restoration projects and teams. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, revenue enhancement, team leadership, and staff development.

The Supervisor acts as a primary responder in emergency fire and water damage situations, while also organizing and directing on-site operations.

As the Restoration Operations Supervisor, you will manage all aspects of assigned restoration tasks.

This leadership position will guide your team towards operational excellence:

• Ensure precise project scopes using advanced technology and proprietary software

• Negotiate project scope and estimates with clients

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee teams and resources for active projects, including subcontractors

• Review documentation at job sites to validate services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing processes

Primary Responsibilities:
• Job Site Training/Safety Training

• Ensure accurate project scopes for all assignments

• Management of Commercial Jobs

• Monitoring Job Sites

• Job Profitability (cost management/balance profitability)

• Utilize Drybook (Proprietary Software)

• Job Scheduling

• Compliance for Commercial Jobs

• Management of Subcontractors

• Collaborate with Office Manager

• Define Project Scope of Work

• Review Estimates for Accuracy

• Assist in Hiring Processes

• Respond promptly to all emergency calls

• Enhance Customer Experience and Overall Satisfaction

• Manage Equipment and Materials

Subcontractor Management:
• Oversee and communicate project scope with specialized subcontractors, including Electronics Restoration, Dry Cleaning, Document Restoration, Rental Equipment, General Contractors for Board-up, Tarping & Temporary Structures, Electricians (Temporary Power)

Subcontractor Documentation:
• Certificates of Insurance (COI), Subcontractor Agreements, W-9 forms

Education and Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Industry Certifications are a plus

• Minimum of 3 years in mitigation operations

• At least 1 year in a management role

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

This is a management role that involves occasional office work; however, frequent field visits and management of job sites will be necessary.

Occasional job site activities may require lifting up to 50 pounds independently, and up to 100 pounds with assistance, along with prolonged periods of walking and standing, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, using scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, and working around chemicals and overhead.

During job site duties, employees may encounter fumes or airborne particles, and may be exposed to various extreme conditions such as heat and unpleasant odors. The noise level in work environments and job sites may be loud, and employees may need to wear respirators for safety.

Normal Working Hours and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position typically working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, totaling 45 hours per week.

This role may require extended hours beyond 8 hours a day, including evenings, weekends, and on-call hours as necessary.

Local travel is required, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.

Salary will be based on experience.
