Typically, At-Home professionals engage with one to two clients daily, Monday through Friday, with treatment sessions scheduled from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm, allowing for a one-hour transition between clients. Responsibilities as an At-Home Behavioral Therapist: Travel to Client's Residences: Seize the chance to visit diverse locations, providing support in the comfort of families' homes. Independent Work Style : We value self-driven individuals who take charge of their responsibilities. Enjoy the flexibility of managing your caseload, relying on your expertise to enhance children's skills and encourage growth. Implementing the principles of individualized ABA therapy to assist children with Autism in achieving their fullest potential Influencing the development of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years old) Gathering data and executing tailored treatment plans for each child Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals committed to upholding ABC's core values Utilize your personal vehicle for client appointments. Arrive on time and prepared to focus entirely on your client during therapy sessions. What we provide: Compensation varies based on experience and educational qualifications Associates/High School Diploma Track $15.00 – $20/hr while working in home Bachelors Degree Track $15.00 – $20/hr while working in home Masters Degree Track $16.00 – $20/hr while working in home *For entry-level candidates, your first raise is granted after certification as an RBT, typically within 45 days An additional $2.00/hr premium pay on top of base wages Mileage reimbursement Two oil changes per year (up to $50) Opportunities for promotions and raises every 6 months We prioritize frequent feedback and transparency regarding your next raise Yearly tenure bonuses Guaranteed full-time hours Each full-time professional receives assured hours regardless of client cancellations. Manageable caseloads Our therapists can concentrate on the personalized care for each child. Paid training We will guide you through the process and help you achieve certification No-cost supervision hours No deductions from pay or clawbacks for the dedicated supervision time. No contractual obligation we hope you remain because it's a great workplace; not due to any contractual requirements.
