  • Develop and present comprehensive business cases for project proposals, addressing critical business challenges.
  • Monitor project performance against established metrics, ensuring compliance with budgetary and scheduling constraints.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including the development of technical specifications and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all phases of design and construction.
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing potential risks.
  • Lead training initiatives for operational staff on newly implemented systems and processes.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of project data, generating reports to inform decision-making.
Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrate the ability to manage complex assignments with minimal supervision. You should also have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in power generation.
  • Proven experience in managing medium-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Work Environment

This position primarily involves indoor work, utilizing computer systems and engaging in various administrative tasks. You may be required to travel for business-related events and work hours may vary based on project demands.
