Job Summary:

Audiologists at Kaiser Permanente play a vital role in diagnosing and managing hearing disorders. As a key member of our team, you will administer diagnostic audiological tests, interpret results, and provide recommendations to physicians. Your expertise will help patients navigate the complexities of hearing and balance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify hearing and balance disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address auditory problems.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on hearing and balance health.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in audiology to provide the best possible care.
Requirements:

  • Masters degree or Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) required.
  • Audiologist License (California) or Temporary Audiologist License (California) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of post-licensure experience in audiology.

This role is based in California, with a primary location in Vallejo.
