Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and organizational policies
  • Train and mentor logistics personnel to achieve performance objectives

  • Maintain a tidy and systematic logistics environment
  • Address and resolve any operational challenges or discrepancies

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics supervisory capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistics operations and inventory control
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in logistics management systems and MS Office
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications
