The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate who will be the face of our brand, creating a unique experience for our customers. You will be responsible for identifying customers' needs, demonstrating our products, and providing outstanding service. You will also be expected to share your passion for our brand and products through social media, live demonstrations, and other marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide exceptional customer service
  • Represent Lovesac on social media platforms and showcase our products
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and ensure store standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Self-motivated and driven to sell
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
