Therapy Professional for School Based Position Available

Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist looking for a new challenge? Stellar Therapy Services is seeking a skilled SLP to join our team as a school-based therapist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping students with communication disorders and challenges achieve their full potential.
Job Overview:
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assess students' speech and language abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address students' unique speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational programming.
- Monitor and document students' progress towards speech and language goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings to discuss students' progress and make recommendations for further support.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- State licensure or certification in speech-language pathology.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
