Estimated Salary

We offer an estimated annual salary of $80,000 for this position, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Athens, TN. As a Physical Therapist at Upstream Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based treatment to patients with various conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient goals and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide specialized physical therapy services, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure compliance with state licensure requirements and company standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current or pending state licensure.
