Key Responsibilities- Oversees and facilitates the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience by preparing and distributing necessary documentation and orientation materials.
- Establishes new employee records, performs HRIS data entry, notifies relevant parties, conducts orientation sessions, provides essential training, and verifies work eligibility.
- Manages employee benefits entry in the HRIS for new hires, changes, and terminations.
- Assists with open enrollment activities, including compiling census reports, coordinating meetings, and making necessary HRIS updates.
- Handles employee changes such as managerial assignments, title adjustments, departmental transfers, and compensation modifications.
- Prepares documentation for employee separations and processes them within the HRIS.
- Responds to requests for employment verification in accordance with company policies.
- Facilitates the mid-year and annual performance review processes, including tracking, collecting, and filing reviews.
- Maintains the HR SharePoint site, ensuring access to the latest information, forms, legal documents, and resources for employees.
- Administers and promotes the employee recognition program.
- Coordinates BMS training and manages training records by developing new employee training plans and entering records into the training database.
- Organizes employee training sessions and ensures completion.
- Adheres to standard operating procedures to maintain accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Keeps comprehensive records for personnel files, medical documentation, I-9 forms, benefits, 401k, unemployment, safety, and workers' compensation.
- Schedules meetings and performs various departmental coordination tasks.
- Acts as a backup for recruitment coordination.
- Supports the processing of mail and all employee communications.
- Maintains consistent attendance, punctuality, and full shift commitments.
- Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.

A Bachelor's degree along with three years of administrative experience and at least one year in human resources; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The expected salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $76,813. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
