Work Schedule:

Full-Time Days; Comprising three 12-hour shifts weekly; Every third weekend. Our facility operates as a transitional unit from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where patients are transferred once they are stable to continue their rehabilitation or remain under care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care in alignment with the established policies, procedures, and protocols of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee patient care plans.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for all healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document and execute physician and nursing directives.
  • Evaluate and manage the discharge planning needs of patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Must possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing prior to the start date or job transfer date. A diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure at the time of hire is mandatory.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Trauma or Emergency Room settings is advantageous.
