**Aerospace Experience Required**

NTS Unitek is seeking a skilled professional to provide supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations worldwide.

Job Description: Source Inspector

  • Perform in-process and final source inspections, including First Article inspections per AS9102 Quality Standards.
  • Read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ANSI/ASME Y 14.5.
  • Conduct mechanical measurement to verify compliance of complex machined, formed, and assembled aircraft/engine components.
  • Prior Experience:
  • Electrical Skills: Electromechanical
  • Electronics Skills: General Electronic

Product Summary: Electronic Assemblies

Scope of Work: In-process inspection, Final Inspection, and data pack review

Certification(s) Selected: IPC

Certification Description: JSTD001 Solder Inspection

Specification Knowledge Selected: NASA

Specification Description: NASA Polymerics - per inspector

Note:

  • This is a part-time assignment.
  • Location: Supplier in Lancaster, PA
  • Estimated length of each visit: 6 hours per visit
  • Applicant must be a US Citizen; sponsorship is not available at this time.
  • This is a W2 contract position for work on an as-needed basis.
