About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced pediatric nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As a pediatric nurse with Thrive, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current, valid RN or LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health or hospice setting
