Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is in search of Production Equipment Technicians for a manufacturer specializing in personal-care products. This position offers a pathway to permanent employment.

Upon permanent hire, the company provides competitive compensation along with outstanding benefits, which include generous paid time off and a $1.00 per hour shift differential for evening shifts.

Work Shifts:

  • Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm
  • Evening Shift: Monday - Thursday 4pm-2:30am

Compensation: $ /hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify equipment malfunctions or misalignments through visual inspection and auditory cues.
  • Operate, adjust, test, and maintain machinery.
  • Report quality, material, and production concerns to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferred: Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in tasks is essential.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

  • Frequent reaching and bending required.
  • Ability to navigate ladders safely.
