Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced individuals to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our operations.

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise a team of heavy equipment operators to ensure safe and efficient operation of cranes and other heavy equipment.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs to enhance operator skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of heavy equipment operations with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • BOSIET w/ CA-EBS certification.
  • Crane Operator Certification.
  • Marine License (Liberian or Marshall Islands Endorsement).
  • Advanced Fire Fighting certification.
  • RigPass/Safegulf certification.
  • Slinging & Rigging certification.
  • Rescue at Heights certification.
  • Possession of a valid passport and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a crane operator or supervisor in the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in heavy equipment operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
