  • Job Summary: As a Call Center Representative at Mass Markets, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a professional and timely manner. Your goal will be to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling. You will also be responsible for researching systems to find missing information and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues when needed. Additionally, you will accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a professional and timely manner.
    • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling.
    • Research systems to find missing information as applicable.
    • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed.
    • Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
