Connect Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a food manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and program critical control points (CCPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of products, equipment, and machinery to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Record and file all relevant record logs and documentation, including quality control records and product testing results.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure the correct recipe guidelines for products are met, and that all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform allergen testing and other quality control procedures as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent QA experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish (bilingualism is a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
