Position Title: Non-CDL Shuttle Driver
Location: Airport Operations
Compensation: $15.00 per hour + Full-Time Employment

Immediate Hiring: Candidates must complete a DOT drug screening and physical examination.
Role Summary:
The Shuttle Driver is tasked with the safe and efficient transport of passengers and employees to and from the airport terminal and designated parking areas. This role is vital in ensuring that all transport activities prioritize the safety and comfort of all individuals involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive work environment.
- Welcome passengers and assist with their luggage, ensuring a smooth boarding process.
- Provide helpful information regarding the local area to passengers.
- Follow directives from supervisors and work independently when required.
- Ensure timely transportation for passengers to various destinations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and functionality.
- Aid passengers during boarding and disembarking from the shuttle.
- Complete accident and incident reports promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on the shuttle, adhering to uniform standards.
- Follow all relevant driving regulations and safety protocols.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and supervisors using two-way radios.
- Secure the shuttle bus and comply with all safety measures.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of licensed driving experience with a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
- Maintain a professional appearance, free of visible tattoos or piercings.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
- Ability to drive continuously for 2-3 hours.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
