Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs, demonstrating empathy, and proactively addressing any service challenges.
- Engage customers with a warm welcome, maintaining eye contact, and assisting them in locating products as needed.
- Accurately handle transactions, including cash, checks, and credit card payments, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, managing vendor check-ins, updating pricing, and executing inventory tasks as directed by management.
- Support store operations during opening and closing procedures as required.
- Assist all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are well-stocked and operational, while staying informed about new services and tools.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff when necessary, including taking on regular shifts in the pharmacy for career development opportunities.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain standing for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks requiring close visual acuity.
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous.
