Job Description

This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate must be able to follow recipes accurately and possess strong multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality dishes that meet the standards of recipe cards.
  • Manage food waste, loss, and usage according to guidelines for operations.
  • Assist in setting plans and actions to correct any food cost problems.
  • Control food preparation, production, and service during special functions.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a cook.
  • Excellent communication and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage products.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match, voluntary short-term life insurance, hotel discounts, paid time off, and training and development opportunities.
