The Montana State Hospital in Warm Springs is seeking a Recreation Therapist to join their team. As a Recreation Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients build resiliency and life skills. Your responsibilities will include interviewing and observing patients to assess their physical and mental status, capabilities, and interests, as well as designing and developing treatment programs and interventions addressing their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field, as well as one year of experience as a Recreation Therapist. National Council for Therapeutic Recreation certification is required within one year of employment. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a strong understanding of recreation therapy interventions and practices, we encourage you to apply.
