Shift: Full-Time, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a committed and skilled RN Unit Supervisor to oversee nursing operations within our esteemed skilled nursing facility. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional patient care while leading a dedicated team of nursing professionals. Qualifications Required:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
- At least 5 years of nursing experience in Med Surg, Rehab Long-Term Care/Subacute Rehabilitation, or hospital settings.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory nursing role demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the nursing staff on the designated unit.
- Ensure high standards of patient care are met through adherence to established protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute care plans.
- Oversee medication administration and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of nursing staff performance.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new nursing staff.
- Address and resolve any patient or family concerns.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: Salary ranges from $75,000 to $83,000, commensurate with experience.
- Sign-On Bonus: An attractive sign-on bonus of $8,000 is available for the selected candidate.
