Key Responsibilities- Operate production equipment and machinery to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Perform quality control checks and report any defects or issues to management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong math and reading skills.
- Ability to operate a calculator and scale, read a tape measure in 1/16" increments, and micrometers in 1/1000 increments.
- Must be able to obtain and possess a forklift certification.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background screening.
