Key Responsibilities:
As a Catering Supervisor, you will:
1. Coordinate catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, service, and cleanup of all events.
2. Prepare and serve food at scheduled functions under the guidance of the Catering Director.
3. Manage logistics for food and beverage delivery to catered events.
4. Collaborate with function leaders to finalize setup arrangements and address any last-minute changes.
5. Engage with customers to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
6. Provide clear instructions to staff regarding expectations for catered events.
7. Oversee the setup of rooms according to specifications and ensure proper food presentation and temperature maintenance, adhering to HACCP standards.

Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license may be necessary.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit as required by state regulations.
