Customer Experience Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Treat all guests with respect and courtesy, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Welcome and engage with every guest upon arrival and departure, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the menu and restaurant in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Fulfill to-go orders if necessary, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Effectively manage waiting lists, taking names and quoting wait times accurately when tables are not immediately available.
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables, restrooms, and other areas of the restaurant throughout the shift.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Hold a valid Riverside Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
