Job Description

This is a highly rewarding role that offers the opportunity to leverage your knowledge and skills in Field Service Operations and work in unison with Oracle Utilities' best field sales executives, solving complex customer problems and translating customer requirements into solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Understand customer challenges and deliver solutions leveraging Oracle's modern Cloud platform and industry-leading Utility Field Service Operations applications.
  • Work directly with customers and members of the sales team and presales team on key selling activities such as providing direction and specialist knowledge in applying Oracle Field Service Solutions to client business challenges, developing and delivering outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations, building repeatable cloud solution demonstrations, creating new utility industry-focused solution innovations, and conveying the business value of Oracle solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Be successful in this role, you will ideally have a passion for learning and leadership in Customer Experience, the ability to discuss key industry issues, overall Field Service Solutions and technical aspects with multiple levels, 5-8 years previous field service management implementation or consulting experience in field service solutions such as Oracle, ClickSoftware/Salesforce, IFS, or Microsoft, a history of selling to diverse leaders in multiple departments including Marketing, Sales, Service, IT, and Operations, excellent verbal and written communication skills and prior experience, field service management experience preferred, experience in various industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Travel & Transportation, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Life Sciences, and a BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
