Buscamos un apasionado Asistente de Enfermería Certificado (CNA) para unirse a nuestro equipo líder de profesionales en cuidados hospice y hacer una diferencia al escuchar, cuidar y servir.

RESUMEN DEL PUESTO: La función principal es proporcionar atención personal y servicios relacionados al paciente en su lugar de residencia; ayudar a proporcionar un entorno seguro y limpio, trabajar en cooperación con el paciente y la familia, y compartir observaciones y problemas con el supervisor. Trabaja bajo la dirección y supervisión de una enfermera registrada.


CUALIFICACIONES:

  • Se prefiere Diploma de Escuela Secundaria
  • Haber completado con éxito un programa de capacitación/ evaluación de competencias de asistente de enfermería aprobado por el estado y estar listado en buena posición en el registro estatal de asistentes de enfermería; o un programa de Licencia Estatal que cumpla con los requisitos
  • Debe tener licencia de CNA
  • Debe tener licencia de conducir vigente
  • Se prefiere al menos un año de experiencia como Asistente de Hospice o Asistente de Enfermería en un hospital, hogar de ancianos, agencia de salud en el hogar, hospice o instalación de atención a largo plazo.
  • Transporte confiable. Seguro de responsabilidad civil de auto válido y vigente.
