Avera Medical Group Windom is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality laboratory services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine clinical laboratory procedures and basic clinical laboratory functions with expediency and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence in healthcare.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
  • Registered as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) required.
  • ASCP or AMT registry preferred.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, PRN, as needed.

Compensation:

The hourly range for this position is $30.25 per hour, dependent on experience.
