Job Summary:
Summa Health System is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support the staffing of Emergency Departments throughout our system.
Responsibilities:
Provide and coordinate nursing care for patients, families, and communities, with a focus on attaining, maintaining, and restoring optimum health.
Support the staffing of Emergency Departments, including floating to all campuses as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.
One year of related RN experience required for the specialty in which the Regional Float Pool RN is primarily assigned.
Specialty areas include: Emergency Department.
Additional related previous experience and/or preparation may be required for designated units.
